Originally, we had four rooms reserved for family and friends. We stayed in room 211, which was exceptionally clean. The sheets were so fresh and clean . The shower had slow pressure, but it was still functional. I hope we can get rooms right next to each other next time we check in. Breakfast was good with a variety of options, but it’s best to arrive early. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be coming back again.
I blew into here at 10:55 on a Thursday night before a long weekend. Due to a medical emergency- my family had to find accommodations asap. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and accommodated. It was such a pleasant experience! The breakfast is quite excellent and filling. A class all the way.
Excellent Service, I really appreciated Wendy at Check in, who was efficient,and very bubbley. It really made my evening when I unexpectedly had to stay in Kelowna due to car troubles.
Extremely clean premises. The staff were very helpful and and pleasant. Added bonus of the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again.
The staff was very friendly, rooms were nice and clean. The free breakfast was way more then we were expecting. We will definitely be staying here again.
I stayed 3 nights..Room 212. We asked them to change bed on the second night they even changed the duvet cover gave new towels vacuumed and changed all the things that were missing because we used them..The maids were always busy but willing to help and always saying hello . The owner is as hard working as the rest of them helping out wherever he was needed.. The pool guy/ maintenance man worked his butt off cleaned and scrubbed the pool every morning always sweeping and cleaning. I did not have one problem on my stay. They even got on the guys at the pool right away when they crancked rap music and started smoking pot.. I can't tell you how more wonderful our stay was.. I could not here the traffic but I could here the firetrucks.. But that was fine the put out a huge forest fire .. I again want to say Thank you for the wonderful stay 5 stars on service and care
